Happy Baling-Times Everyone!

If you are a fan of Valentine's Day or currently attached and looking forward to Vday or just sensitive about Vday, this post is not for you.

For the singles and for those who are not fond of Vday, I say, Happy Baling-times! A day which leaves many people with broken hearts and broken spirits. A day that makes people who aren't fond of PDA, couple-ish things and sorts feeling queasy. A day in which flowers, chocolates, stuff toys and dinners skyrockets. A day that alienates a lot of people. A day that leaves the singles feeling bitter. Happy Baling-times!

I am not a fan of Vday not because of my cynicism, but believe it or not, because of romantic reasons (even if my own words make me puke). For me, Vday is a marketing strategy of the business men. Why give in to the social pressure to do something special for your loved ones when you can do it during the other 364 days? The way I see it, it would be more memorable, special and not to mention, practical (with the prices back to normal and everything. :D)

Nonetheless, I still wish everyone a very happy day! For those with plans, hey, don't let me ruin it. Resume as you please and may you all have a very happy day ahead. :)
