playlist in my head

A spur in the moment posting. I just got to let this out.

Currently, I have a list of songs I want to listen to every chance I can. So, I am listing them down here. But I have to just get Top10.

1. Wake Up by Coheed and Cambria - just recently, I have been listening to this song so often. Although most people I asked if they like it said they don't because of the vocals, I still don't care. haha! The first time I heard this, I alread liked it. The music is great moreover, the lyrics. so....emo..lol. And I just have to post the lyrics just because I want to and I can't help it. haha!Oh well, ok, my fave part na lang.

And I can very well relate to the song... The italicized-bold lines are the lines I can relate to so much. Er... I am hard to wake up, and most people I know, know that. And so, I can only pity that person who will be very patient to wait until I wake up or because of impatience, will do desperate moves to wake me up. haha! But according to the mental images I come up when I hear the song, the image is kind of cute. I imagine a guy blowing the girl's ear to wake her up. FYI, it takes more than that to wake me up! haha

2. Hands Down by Dashboard Confessional - what can i say? when has it been erased from my mind ever since I heard this. Thanks to Irina who made me listen to this. haha. because now, it has been one of my sources of pagkakilig. haha. babaw na naman.

3. Over my head (Cable Car) by The Fray - oh boy! this one is so catchy that i can't help but repeat "over my head..over my head" line in my head

4. How to Save a Life by The Fray - hmmm... it sounded so calm and er... how do i explain what i like about a song. basta. I like the piano. Frustrated pianist e. :)

5. All at Once by The Fray - Just realized something...Am i having a movement towards The Fray? lol.

6. Come on by Ben Jelen - Great piano again. Since second year college, when I first heard the song, it has never been out of my list. So I thereforse conclude that is one of my favorite songs!:) Plus, Ben Jelen is cute, too! :P

7. Sweetness by Jimmy Eat World - "Are you listening? Woooohhhhh.... Sing it back! Wooohhhhh" This song is catchy too and fun to sing. Nice lines, too!

8. Pain by Jimmy Eat World - I am not knowledgeble with instruments but there's something strong in this song... some guitar or percussion! haha! And nice to scream with the song, too! :P

9. Only One by Yellowcard - Aha! But of course, my favorite Scream Song! haha! Plus screaming goes very well with the line "Here I go, scream my lungs out and try to get to you, You are my Only One!" haha...

10. Mr. Brightside by The Killers - This song is super fun! It was like I am watching a movie everytime I listen to this song. I can very well imagine what's happening. haha.

11. The Night Lights Went Out in NYC by The Ataris - er..can't explain. I just like the song. Nice chorus!

12. My Reply by The Ataris - Fun intro and slowly picking up while the song progresses. Basta, nice song. lol. And well, it was like really listening to someone who's readind a letter to me. haha

I know I said Top10 but I just can't take out any of the twelve!
